WHEN WILL LOTS BE READY FOR SALE?

We anticipate to be ready for a pre-sale early Fall 2024

HOW MANY LOTS WILL. BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE?

We are subdividing the land into 20-25 lots starting at 1/2 acre lot.

WHAT AMENITIES WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE COMMUNITY?

The community area with have a large Pavillion, fenced community garden and farm animal shelter/shed. Residents are invited to co-op and work together to homestead and build a self sustainable community.

WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED?

Each lot will have its own private electric, septic system and water from 3 shared wells. Hook up are available at each lot.

WHAT ABOUT ACCESS TO INTERNET?

FIBER OPTICS CABLE INTERNET is available to the community (must be purchased individually)

At the moment we are not selling Tiny Homes but we are partnering with a few manufacturers. Check here

CAN I RENT MY TINY HOME?

We encourage and give priority to a community feel, but this is your land. The residents will come together to vote on those issues and make their own decisions in regards of what is best for the community.
